紫草作为一味常用的传统中药，拥有悠久的药用历史，具有凉血活血、清热解毒、透疹消斑等作用。研究发现，紫草中的主要化学成分为醌类、黄酮类、生物碱类、酚酸类及多糖，以醌类为主，药理作用主要表现为抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗生育、抗肿瘤等。临床上，紫草用途广泛，不仅可用于皮肤病的治疗，对妇科病及肝炎等疾病也有显著疗效。因此，本文将从紫草的化学成分、药理作用及临床使用三个方面进行整理总结，以期为紫草的进一步深入研究提供一定的理论参考。
Abstract：As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, Lithospermum has a long history of medicinal use. It has demonstrated effects such as cooling the blood, activating circulation, clearing heat, detoxifying, and reducing rashes and spots. Studies have shown that the main chemical components in Lithospermum include quinones, flavonoids, alkaloids, phenolic acids, and polysaccharides, with quinones being the predominant component. Its pharmacological effects are primarily expressed through anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fertility, and anti-tumor activities. Clinically, Lithospermum is widely used not only for the treatment of skin diseases but also for gynecological diseases and hepatitis. This article summarizes the chemical composition, pharmacological effects, and clinical uses of Lithospermum, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for its further research and development.
