摘要:

为保证食品安全风险监测数据处理、分析及统计的合理性及科学性,根据食品风险监测异常数据的性质及特点,探究如何在大量监测数据中发现异常数据及分析方向,再根据方向选择适合的数据处理方法(分类/单因素以及多因素分析或者回归分析)及统计分析结果的验证,进而从大量数据中找出食品安全风险事件发生的规律和影响因子,为风险监测提供有力的数据支撑,从而展开科学的风险评估,为我国食品行业制定食品安全生产标准和食品安全生产管理规范提供科学的决策依据。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the rationality and scientificity of food safety risk monitoring data processing, analysis, and statistics, this article explores how to find abnormal data and analysis directions in a large number of monitoring data according to the nature and characteristics of food risk monitoring abnormal data. Select appropriate data processing methods(classification/single-factor and multi-factor analysis or regression analysis) and verification of statistical analysis results. Then find out the rules and impact factors of food safety risk events from a large amount of data, and provide powerful data support for risk monitoring, so as to carry out scientific risk assessment and provide food safety production standards and food safety production management regulations for China's food industry.
