采用微波消解法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定穿心莲中的微量元素镁;探讨了微波消解预处理的条件,优化了FAAS测定参数。结果表明,该法具有良好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率在92.5%~112.5%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.98%,线性范围在0.2~1.0μg/ml之间,为研究金属元素在穿心莲中的含量与药用功能提供数据。
Abstract:The microwave digestion—flame atomic absorption spectrometry was developed for determining the content of Mg in Andrographis Paniculata;The pre-conditions of microwave digestion was studied,then optimized the measured parameters of FAAS;Results indicate: The developed method was accurate and precise to determine these elements,and the recovery rate was between 92.5%~112.5%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) =1.98 %,and detection limit is in the range of 0.2~1.0 μg/ml,which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function.
