2010年江西省食品中汞污染监测及分析

摘要:

目的:了解江西省食品中汞污染状况。方法:在江西省5个设区市大型超市及农贸市场随机抽取具有代表性的样品。样品中汞含量按GB/T5009.17-2003采用原子荧光光谱法检测。结果:共检测7大类609份食品样品,平均值0.013 mg/kg,检出率47%,超标率0.5%。结论:汞在江西食品中的污染并不严重,绝大部分食品汞含量远低于国家限量标准,江西地区的主要膳食构成成分汞含量较安全。

Abstract:

Objective:To understand the contamination situation of mercury in market selling food in Jiangxi province.Methods: The samples were collected and pretreated according to National plan of food contaminants monitoring and the mercury content in food was analyzed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry according to the national standard methods(GB/T5009.17-2003).Results: Mercury in 609 food samples of 7 kinds were monitored,The results showed that the mean value was 0.013 mg/kg;detection rate was 47%;excessive rate was 0.5%.Conclusion: The contamination level of mercury in foodstuffs of Jiangxi wasnot serious by adopting the national standards.The contents of mercury in major dietary components are safe in Jiangxi district.
