目的:研究藤茶硒多糖对常规致病菌的体外抑制作用。方法:用滤纸片法测定湖北省恩施藤茶硒多糖对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、短杆菌、铜绿假单孢菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径,测定其体外最佳抑菌浓度和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:湖北省恩施藤茶硒多糖对6种致病菌均有抑菌作用,其中对巨大芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果最为明显,最佳抑菌浓度分别为50、50、12.5、50、12.5、25μg/ml;MIC依次为3.13、3.13、6.25、3.13、3.13、6.25μg/ml。结论:藤茶硒多糖对常规致病菌有抑制作用,可进一步开发为保健食品。
Abstract:Objective:To research in vitro inhibition of the selenium polysaccharide of ampelopsis grossedentata against convention germina.Methods:Determine salmonella typhi,staphylococcus.Aureus,bacillus.Brevis,pseudomonas.Aeruginosa,bacillus.Megaterium,escherichia.coli and confirm minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) with the filter paper disk method.Result Selenium polysaccharide of ampelopsis grossedentata could produce antibiotic action all against the 6 bacteria,obvious Inhibition effect against bacillus.Megaterium,inhibition zone diameter 11.08mm(max.).The optimum inhibitory concentration was 50、50、12.5、50、12.5 and 25 μg/ml respectively,and the MIC was 3.13、3.13、6.25、3.13、3.13 and 6.25 μg/ml respectively.Conclusion:The selenium polysaccharide of ampelopsis grossedentata against convention germina had inhibition,which provided the basis for development of health care food.
